Opening

The Opening contains the PA of PACES. This means that you will Preview the training including a welcome, introduction, and roadmap, and engage in an activity to activate prior knowledge.

Content

Content delivery is the CEs of PACES. This means that you will draw out or share knowledge about the training topic, and have learners practice skills that help them achieve the desired outcomes. Repeat Content Exercise pairs as many times as necessary to equip your learners.

Closing

Closing component is the S of PACES. Closing Component should include Summary, Implementation Plan, Evaluation, Final Q&A, and Next Steps.
